INLAND EMPIRE PROFESSIONAL CHAPTER

“Engineers Without Borders - USA (EWB-USA) is a non-profit humanitarian organization established to partner with developing communities worldwide in order to improve their quality of life. This partnership involves the implementation of sustainable engineering projects, while involving and training internationally responsible engineers and engineering students.”

INLAND EMPIRE Professional EWB Chapter

The IE-EWB chapter is comprised of professionals possessing a wide variety of backgrounds and experience levels. Though differing in our expertise, we all share the same desire to use our skills to bring the most basic of human necessities to those in need.

Through the foundation provided by EWB-USA we have been able to organize our efforts and join with others who have the same interest. Together with the student chapters of Cal Poly Pomona and the University of California Riverside we are working towards making our first project a reality.

Project

Our current project focuses on designing a water supply system to bring a safe and reliable source of water to the citizens of San Lorenzo El Tejar, Guatemala.
